"I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Jennifer Johnsen-Nazareth and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. From the very first interaction, she was incredibly rude and condescending, speaking to me like I was an idiot for asking basic questions about my policy options. She interrupted me constantly and dismissed my concerns without even pretending to listen. While on the phone with her I tried to ask questions and provide feedback and she literally hung up on me. After that she refused to talk to me after despite her mistake causing an issue. It's clear she has no intention of actually helping clients; she just seems interested in wasting your time and collecting commissions without earning them. Overall, Jennifer is not just incompetent—she's a genuinely bad person who lacks any sense of professionalism or integrity. I strongly advise anyone shopping for insurance to steer clear of her and find an agent who actually cares about their job. 1 star is way too generous—there should absolutely be a 0 star option for people like her."
